    Kiya is a traditional cutlery shop founded in Japan in 1792. The No.160 series is Kiya’s top grade western knife lineup noted for its great sharpness, toughness, and usability.
    The base material is a type of stainless steel called New Edelweiss that is produced by Austrian steel manufacturer BヨHLER. Their superior metal features outstanding hardness that can deal with a heavy use.
    Due to the specialty heat treatment, this petty knife has less carbon, resulting in decent corrosion resistance and a feature that makes it easy to sharpen.
    The petty knife is best suitable for hand peeling and other small tasks on a cutting board.
    This knife has a bolster, so it is easy to wash the area between the blade and handle.
