This Wahei Freiz Deep Frying Pan is made of iron and has been designed for cooking kushikatsu or Japanese deep-fried skewers.
Made of a cast iron, ensuring great heat duration and conductivity. This feature enables the total cooking time shorter and allows immediate umami locking, resulting in making tastier deep fried dishes.
It comes with a special lid to put the skewers. If you remove it you can deep fry other foods such as tempura, karaage (Japanese fried chicken), fries, etc.

Simple and stylish black color. The pot is compatible with IH.
